Simple retention range by SANERGRID for electrical transformers

To prevent pollution risks, industrial equipment containing dielectric oils, such as medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) transformers, must be equipped with retention systems (bunds, pits, or other containment solutions) capable of holding at least the same volume of hydrocarbons they contain. These systems, known as full dielectric capacity retention bunds, play a crucial role in environmental protection.

To meet basic retention needs, where fire-resistant bunds are not required, SANERGRID offers a complete range of “simple retention” solutions.

Available containement ranges

Metal retention bunds

Available with either detachable or welded panels (BDRG), providing great flexibility during installation. They can be manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel, painted steel, or with CH5 GALVAGRID® treatment, depending on specific requirements.

Flexible retention liners, berms and tarpaulin

Lightweight and cost-effective solutions, such as the TRFLEX range (ECO, ECO+, REFOR, SUPER-ECO), ideal for temporary or specific applications.

Modular retention tanks and bunds

Designed in multiple sections to adapt to different configurations (TRT-MODULO).

Standard and custom-made solutions

Standard references are available for oil-filled distribution transformers (MV) from 160 to 3150 kVA, as well as for autotransformers (AT) and compensation reactors (IC). SANERGRID also offers custom designs to meet specific needs, particularly for HV power transformers such as those from KOLEKTOR ETRA.
